You can make this application if you currently hold a Leave to Remain under the Marriage Route and you would now like to extend you leave in the UK to remain with your spouse. If your application is successful you will be granted permission to stay in the UK for two and a half years.

Further Leave To Remain –FLR (M) Marriage – Switching from a Tier 4 student

You can make this application if you currently hold a tier 4 student visa and you would now like to switch your visa category as you are now married to someone present and settled in the UK and wish to remain in the UK. If your application is successful you will be granted permission to stay in the UK for two and a half years.
