Please include Passports,  Birth Certificates, Identity Cards etc.

Please provide school letters, school certificates, school reports, NHS letters, red baby book, nursery letters, college letters, college reports, sports certificates, bank statements etc.

These letters should state that the Applicant is involved in raising the children and how long the Applicant has been raising the children etc.

Please provide photographs covering the duration of the relationship with the children or since the child or children were born. 

The Contact Order is very strong evidence that can be used to show that the Applicant has responsibility for the child or children.

This evidence can include any medical conditions which require treatment, evidence of any special needs the child may have etc. It will be important for us to show that any current treatment is not available in the Applicant's home country.  Also that any special needs the child may have cannot be met in the home country.  We could also rely on any evidence that shows a child or children are still under the care of social services/ health visitors. It is important to provide evidence to back up any claims we make.

Please provide business documents that clearly show your income for the previous financial year. This could include your SA Tax Return, company accounts and business bank statements.  

Please provide any documents that prove you hold the cash savings. The documents should show the amount held,  how long you they have been held for and details of who they are held with. 

Please provide documents that prove you have been residing with your partner.  Ideally the documents should cover the full period you state you have been residing together.
